For some businesses, it happens around $1M; others redline at $2M, $3M, or a bit more. You know you are there when the owner is working constantly and the profits are nowhere to be seen. The next stage of growth, going from the redline to $25M+ in revenue profitably, requires a scale approach (do less, get more).
Breaking through the GRT is the most difficult transformative step a business must make and is the reason that 96% of companies stay stuck at the redline, ultimately burning the engine (you) out.
